In this final session we will look at some of the trends in the industry that will affect ecommerce in the next 3 years.

1. Analytics - Understand your customers
2. Watch what Google does next
3. Consider the importance of mobile
4. Web services to link partners
5. Recognise the importance of reputation within Social Networks
6. Impact of higher bandwidth including video
7. Test and improve – A/B testing
8. Payment regulations and security
9. Environment and climate change (trading beyond money)
10. Effect on high street
