Podcast 3: Martin Goode discusses Abbey

Written by: Jonathan Briggs

October 13, 2006 [1550 views]

In today's Podcast, the OTHER media's Martin Goode discusses the Abbey Box Office Project and the importance of Web Services and technical integration.

This week's Podcast in MP3 format (16.4 MB)

Technical Note

Kunal Ramchandani and I are experimenting each time we create a Podcast with technology and formats. This morning was a disaster. We used a telephone recording device to record Martin and half way through we got terrible feedback that destroyed the recording.

Martin very kindly agreed to record again and the above file was made at work in our rather echoey meeting room. It is not as clear as last week's but we hope that you find it useful anyway.

I have ordered a more expensive telephone recording device so watch this space for more interviews.

Are these Podcasts worth doing? (They take 2-3 hours)

The podcasts are definetly worth doing. We can listen to the podcast anywhere and any time on either on an ipod or something similar. And it does help with our studies. So thank you for spending that extra time for us.
